Can I file remotely, or do I need to visit?
You can work with us in person at our downtown Vancouver office or remotely by phone and secure document sharing. We’ll arrange the option that works for you.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Start with your income slips, last year’s Notice of Assessment, identification, and any relevant receipts. Our personal and business tax pages include checklists. We’ll let you know if anything else is needed.
How much will my return cost?
Our listed rates start at $39.99 for simple returns. The price depends on your tax situation. Taxes and e-filing fees are additional; contact us to confirm your total before we begin.
Can you help with previous years or a CRA letter?
Yes. We can help with prior-year returns, adjustments, CRA reviews, and reassessments. Let us know what you need and any response deadline when you contact us.
What happens when I book?
First, complete a short intake with your contact details and preferred authorization method. You’ll then continue to our appointment calendar to choose an available time.
